Kim’s Favorite Green Bean Dish for holidays

We want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Healthy & Prosperous New Year!

Here is my easy &  healthy alternative to that “Green Bean Casserole”

2 1/2 C greens beans ( frozen or fresh)
2 onions
1/2 C vegetable bouillon / broth
handful chopped fresh parsley
** Organic ingredients are the best !

1)  Trim the green beans.  Steam to your desired wellness ~ add Celtic Salt or Herbamare while steaming
2)  Peel & slice Onions.
3)  Brown them in half of the bouillon, then add the cooked green beans and remaining bouillon.  Cook for another 5 minutes.  Season again if desired and sprinkle with chopped parsley

4 healthy servings
