At any time prior to shipment, you may edit the contents of your AutoShip orders. First, to simply remove all items from the next shipment, click on Suspend My Entire Order.

You will notice that all items have been removed from the Active Order Items menu and placed in the Inactive Order Items menu. The Suspend My Entire Order option will stop all AutoShip orders until such a time as new items are ordered or existing items have been re-instated.

If you would like to add one of the Inactive Order Items to the Active Order Items list, simply click on the Re-Instate button. You will now notice that that single item will be AutoShipped, while all other items remain inactive.

Finally, if you wish to Suspend an individual item, but not an entire order, you must click on the Suspend Item link for that particular order. This will result in only that individual item being suspended.
